By law, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive wine, and an adult's signature (also 21 years or older) is required for all deliveries of wine.

 

In addition to servicing Virginia and Washington DC, we ship on your behalf to the following states:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NV, NY, NC, ND, SC, WA, WV.


Extreme Weather Conditions

Unless you live In the Washington Metropolitan area or the North East, we strongly discourage you from selecting "UPS Ground"as your shipping method during the summer months. Longer delivery times can often result in the spoilage of your order. It doesn't make sense to invest in fine wines and then take the chance of ruining them due to environmental factors during transit (faster and safer delivery generally isn't much more expensive). We don't make an additional profit on accelerated delivery, but we frequently recommend faster shipping options to our customers outside the North East.

More Information

Unwined Online will arrange for shipment on behalf of our customer, to an address specified by our customer, provided that Unwined Online in its sole judgement believes that such shipment will not subject Unwined to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a customer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by Unwined violates the law, we suggest that the customer provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third party in a direct shipping-friendly state.

For all states beside the district of Columbia, products are considered to be sold in Virginia and title passes to the buyer in Virginia.


We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Wine Club


The shipment of UNWINED Club collections follows a fixed schedule – please allow one to two weeks for your first Wine Club collection to arrive. Subsequent shipments shall be made between the 20th and the 25th of each month. Your account shall only be charged at time of shipment. You may make changes to your subscription (e.g., type of membership, “ship to” address) or unsubscribe anytime before the 15th of the month by sending us an email and we will send you confirmation of the change/cancellation.


Wines purchased as a gift or apart from your scheduled delivery are shipped daily. UNWINED may postpone a shipment due to extremely hot or cold weather, in order to ensure the quality of your wines. We will contact you if this becomes necessary.

Return Policy


Whether you’re placing an order, requesting a replacement or making an inquiry, you can count on us for friendly, knowledgeable assistance. For customer service, please call 703-861-9508, or write to us at vanessa@unwinedonline.com.

If you are less than satisfied with any of the wines in a collection, let us know and we’ll promptly replace it. We package your wines with the care required to ensure their safe arrival. In the event that your shipment suffers damage in transit, please contact us for a replacement.

If you wish to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel your scheduled Wine Club shipments, please contact us and we’ll make arrangements without delay. Please note that an order that is already in progress cannot be halted. Your membership will be cancelled before the next scheduled shipment. We cannot provide a refund for an order that has already been processed.
